ABOUT DR. JANIS SMITH

Dr. Janis Smith has devoted her life to helping others reach their maximum potential.  She earned her doctorate from Barry University, Summa Cum Laude, and is a nationally certified psychologist with five areas of specialty.  A gifted speaker, singer/songwriter, and recording artist, she has ministered in podiums and on television across America and globally, with three solo albums and four books to her credit.  Dr. Smith is the founder and president of Hands to the World, an international missionary organization meeting the needs of the less fortunate.  

Dr. Smith has been married for over fifty years to Dr. Gary Smith, and together they live in Central Florida where they are founding pastors of City of Life Church.  They have three children and three grandchildren.
