As our Production Manager, Ricky is the ultimate connector; bringing creativity, excellence and people together all in the name of Jesus! He loves to push his team to achieve things that have never been done and strives to bring a level of ingenuity that glorifies God. 

Ricky is also a gifted bassist and is passionate about making good music that others want to enjoy. His family is his happy place and there’s nothing more that he enjoys than spending time with them. 

His all-time favorite scripture can be found in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know he plans I have for you”, declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
