Pastors Mia & Jared Canaan serve as the Icon Youth Directors at City of Life Church, where they are passionate about leading the next generation and building a thriving youth community. Mia grew up at City of Life and carries a deep love for this house, while both she and Jared share a strong calling to invest in students and help them discover the true love and hope found in Jesus. Together, they believe God has incredible things in store for this generation and feel honored to pour into them week after week.

Outside of youth nights and church life, Mia and Jared love spending time with family and making memories with the people they love most. They’re also big sports fans and can often be found in a competitive game of pickleball—where things can get intense quickly!

Whether they’re on the court, with family, or leading students, Mia and Jared bring energy, heart, and a genuine passion for seeing lives changed.
