Leading a small group isn’t about being perfect; it’s about serving others by giving them a place to connect.  We give you essential tools to make your small group successful through Leadership Training and a directory where you can register your group so others can find it easily. We believe people’s lives are changed one semester at a time by moving one step toward Christ, and as a small group leader you get to play an important role in that process.

The only prerequisite to lead a group is a willing heart and that you have completed Growth Track.  If you'd like to lead a group during our spring semester, please join us for one of our Small Group Leader Training on Sunday, March 12 at 1:00 pm in the auditorium at Cypress Creek High School.

Please RSVP at the link below if you plan to attend.  If you led a group last semester, your attendance is not required.  Please email justin@col.tv to register your group.
