PRISM Angel Tree RegistrationNovember 19, 2017

City of Life wants to be a blessing to single mothers and their families this Christmas through our PRISM Angel Tree! Last year, we helped over 300 children of single moms at Christmas time - this year, we hope to bless even more! Here's how it works:

IF YOU ARE A SINGLE MOTHER:

• To participate, your children must live in your home and be under age 18.
• You can register your children after any Sunday or Wednesday church service starting Sunday, November 12 and continuing through Sunday, December 6. You must register in person - family members or friends may not register on behalf of a single mother.
• Once you register your child, we write their age and gender on an angel (names are kept confidential) and hang the angel on our Christmas tree in the foyer.
• Someone will choose your child, purchase two gifts for them (one clothing gift and one toy or other gift), and then return the wrapped gifts to us.
• Then, you pick up the gift in our office between December 17-21, and put them under your tree for your child to open on Christmas!

IF YOU'D LIKE TO PURCHASE A GIFT FOR A CHILD:

• Angels will be available in the foyer after services starting on at our Thanksgiving Service on Tuesday, November 21 at 7:00 pm (just in time for Black Friday sales!) and will be available for pick up every service after, until all are distributed.
• Once you choose the gender and age of the child you would like to buy for, take your angel to our Angel Tree table and collect your information sheet. On this sheet will be the child's clothing and shoe sizes, as well as a short wish list of the types of toys he or she likes. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE AN ANGEL WITHOUT CHECKING IN AT THE ANGEL TREE TABLE.
• Purchase and wrap two gifts for the child - one clothing gift and one toy - for $30 (combined).
• Return your wrapped gifts with the angel taped to it to City of Life by Sunday, December 10.
